Responsibilities
- Acting as the point of contact for specified clients, including introducing the company to new pharma companies and enlisting as a vendor
- Taking full responsibility for and managing the day-to-day delivery of all projects allied with assigned clients
- Ensuring effective communication of project briefs to the internal team and coordinating efficiently with appropriate members
- Ensuring all projects are on brief when delivered and ensuring timely delivery
- Continually updating clients on project progress and managing all financial aspects of project delivery
- Collaborating with the Account Director in developing client relationships and being responsible for the approval process and quality control
- Understanding various client brand and disease areas, supporting relationships with key opinion leaders
- Supporting and maintaining working relationships with all clients, including some senior level contacts, as appropriate
- Introduction to NHS relevant departments
Experience, Skills
- Sound project management and analytical skills, with an interest and basic understanding of science and medicine
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail
- Financial acumen and ability to multitask and prioritise, demonstrating excellent time management
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a good understanding of the ABPI code of practice
- Competent in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
